This summer my sister, Hadley, and I went to Zambia with Arise Africa, and it was an unbelievably life giving experience. We were able to pour into the kids that Arise Africa supports, and we both came back feeling rejuvenated in happiness and in our faith. The ministry that Arise Africa does is truly one of a kind. It is personal and invigorating not only to the kids that they support in Zambia, but to the volunteers and the staff as well. What are the rules of the team competition?

How do I add someone to my team?
Anyone who gives to Arise Africa during Donor Match Days on your personal giving page is automatically added to your team!
Who should I ask to give?
You can ask anyone! Friends and family are a great place to start, but you can also post about it on social media or through other public channels! Lots of people you know probably haven't heard about Arise Africa, and this is your chance to tell them and invite them to partner with us to impact the lives of our students in Zambia!
Where do I find my personal giving page link?
It was emailed to you a day or so after you filled out the build my team form. If you can't find it, shoot us an email and we will happily send it over again.
What if someone gave for my team without using my link?
It's best to just send your link directly to the people you are inviting to give, but if someone accidentally uses the main Arise Africa giving link instead of your personal page, you can just send us an email and we will correct it retroactively.
Is there a minimum donation amount?
Yes! $10 is the minimum donation for Donor Match Days!
How do I see who is on my team?
You can see the lineup of your current team by going to your personal Donor Match Days team portal, which was emailed to you after you signed up.
What should I say to someone when I ask them to give to Arise Africa?
When you ask someone to give to Arise Africa you can tell them why you are choosing to give to Arise Africa, what Arise Africa does, and that their gifts are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law under section 501(c)3!
How do I win the free trip to Zambia?
The first 5 teams to raise at least $2,500 through 50 people will win a free trip to Zambia! We'll be updating you on the competition on our social media!
How do I see where I stand compared to all the other teams?
We will post and keep you updated throughout Donor Match Days on where you stand in the contest! You can email us if you'd like to know where you stand!
Who can I share this with?
You can share it with anyone! We want everyone to have the opportunity to join Arise in the work we are doing in Zambia, so you can post it on social media and share it with anyone you'd like!
Can I give on my own page?
Sure! If you use your own link to give you'll be the first person on your team! That's for sure a great start!
